Community Physician Transport Guidelines

  • To arrange a transport to Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Berkeley campus , please call the NICU at 510-204-1627 and ask to speak to a Neonatologist (8AM-5PM) or on-call NICU Neonatologist/Hospitalist (5PM-8AM).

  • To arrange a transport to John Muir Medical Center Walnut Creek, please call either the Transfer Center at 925-938-6847 or the NICU at 925-947-5350 and ask to speak to a Neonatologist.

  • To arrange a transport to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland , please call either the Transfer Center at 855-246-5437 or the NICU at 510-428-3431 and ask to speak to a Neonatologist.
